Supporting Women through the Menopause

Monthly yoga workshops to support women in peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.

An afternoon of group yoga, journaling, conversation, tea and credible information on managing peri-menopause, menopause and beyond. All are welcome.

Each workshop offers group support, guidance and a suitably adapted practice to continue to manage symptoms and to empower women with their health and wellbeing.

Signposting to credible sources of information and understanding the facts and the myths.
